Questions tenants ask
Do I have to repaint my apartment when I move out in Israel?
It depends on your contract. Many rental contracts in Israel include a clause asking the tenant to return the apartment freshly painted, often in white. Read the painting clause in your contract and ask your landlord which shade they want before you book.
We are painters, not lawyers. For a disagreement about your deposit, check your contract or get legal advice.
How much does an end-of-lease repaint cost in Tel Aviv?
With Tel Aviv Painters it costs ₪1,800–₪2,500 for a 2-room apartment, ₪2,500–₪3,500 for a 3-room and ₪3,500–₪4,800 for a 4-room, including VAT. These are empty-apartment rates.
How long does it take?
An empty apartment usually takes 1–2 days.
When should I book?
Message us as soon as you know your move-out date. The best time to paint is after your furniture is out and before you hand over the keys, because an empty apartment is faster to paint.
What if the walls have holes or cracks?
We fill, sand and prime them before painting. Wall repairs cost ₪150–₪400 per repair, and we list them in the quote so you know the total before we start.
