An empty apartment is quicker to paint, so it costs less. We paint in white or the neutral shade your landlord asks for, usually in 1–2 days.

What changes the price
The ranges above are estimates. Three things move a quote up or down inside the range:
- The condition of the walls. Cracks, holes and damaged plaster need repair before painting.
- Ceiling height. High ceilings mean more wall and more time.
- Furniture in the space. A furnished apartment has to be covered and worked around. An empty one is faster.
